At The LeShae Collection, every piece is made just for you the moment you order, like a fashion fairy godmother, but with printers. That means we don’t keep stock sitting on shelves, and we don’t do returns or exchanges unless something’s gone truly sideways on our end.

Because every item is created just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a manufacturer mistake. (Think: wrong item, faulty stitching, color misprint. Basically, something that’s totally our bad.) If that happens, snap a photo and contact LatriceLeShae@theleshaecollection.net!

How It Works:

• Orders are processed and made within 10–15 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
   
• Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow the journey from our hands to yours.
   
• Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the country/world, but don’t worry, we’re worth the wait.

Because every item is custom made, we can't speed it up with express magic. Please double-check your shipping info before checking out; typos can delay delivery!
